So, I officially have one week until showtime and I have started my "Peak Week" diet and training. My nutritionist/trainer, Kiyoshi Moody, has made some significant changes to my diet for this final week.
Take a look:
(Everyday is a "Low Carb" day)
Meal #1: 10 Egg Whites w/ 1 Cup of Oats & 1 Tbsp. of Peanut Butter
Meal #2: 10 Egg Whites
Meal #3: 10 oz. Chicken w/ 1 Cup of Asparagus
Meal #4: 8 oz. Chicken w/ 1 Tbsp. of Peanut Butter
Meal #5: 8 oz. Tilapia w/ 1 Cup of Asparagus
Meal #6: 10 oz. Tilapia w/ 1 Cup of Asparagus
Meal #7: 10 oz. Tilapia w/ 1 Cup of Asparagus
Meal #8: 10 Egg Whites
*Water is at 2.5 Gallons / Day until 3 days from the competition.
So, the countdown has begun, and this is the most important week of the whole year. This week MUST go perfect and everything must be taken seriously. One bad day, and it could destroy everything that I have worked so hard to achieve all year. With each day's passing, the anxiety and excitement grows stronger. The time is almost here, but I still have work to do until its arrival! I dont have time to play games, because its GAMETIME!!!
